Warranty Kidstuff Playsystems, Inc. guarantees all materials, parts, workmanship and labor for two (2) years from the date of invoice. Kidstuff Playsystems guarantees all "FunZone" parts (except nets) for a minimum of five (5) years. Kidstuff Playsystems, Inc. guarantees "FunZone" clamps for fifteen (15) years against breakage; steel posts and climbers for ten (10) years against structural failure; plastic parts for 5 years against deterioration making them unfit for safe play. Kidstuff Playsystems, Inc. guarantees all structural components of the "Kidstough" and "Fit For Fun" series against decay due to insect damage and rotting. For treated pine this warranty extends for fifteen (15) years; for redwood, ten (10) years. Any materials which become unsound within the stated time frame will be replaced free of charge. Replacement includes free delivery to the job site (continental 48 states). This warranty does not cover damage due to vandalism or improper installation. Also not covered are cosmetic problems such as minor twisting, warping, checking or other natural tendencies of wood or cosmetic problems with powder-coat finish. Kidstuff Playsystems, Inc. reserves the right to obtain the written Maintenance Inspection Reports to insure that the equipment has been properly maintained and to obtain physical or photographic evidence in lieu of on-site inspection.
